Make a positive first impression
Car parks give people their first impression of a building. Oil stains, dirt, dreary grey concrete, cracked and crumbling walls, no markings or signage: these are the main reasons why people steer clear of a car park.
Take advantage of our many years of experience in multi-storey car park renovation. Triflex systems are versatile, and spare you the expense of demolition and long closures.

Top deck systems
Hard-wearing parking spaces
Triflex supplies high-quality liquid applied systems for top deck waterproofing.
Triflex offers high-quality liquid applied waterproofing systems for lasting and effective protection of top decks Top decks are, by their nature, extremely exposed to weather conditions. Wide variations in temperature, direct sunlight, snow and hail are just some of the extreme stresses. What’s more, de-icing salts, fuels and oils corrode surfaces that are already subjected to the weight of the vehicles as it is. Being highly resistant to chemicals, Triflex liquid applied waterproofing systems are the lasting solution for waterproofing and surfacing.

Interior deck systems
Reliable protection for multi-storey car parks
Triflex coating systems give your intermediate decks lasting protection against tough exterior conditions.
Condensation, de-icing salt, petrol and oil are extremely hard on the floor covering and, by extension, on the fabric of enclosed areas of the car park. The Triflex coating system for intermediate decks gives your building lasting protection against tough exterior conditions. Since all the Triflex liquid applied systems have short curing times, a treated parking area is only closed for a minimal length of time.

ANCILLARY SISTEMS
Severe loads and stresses
Triflex waterproofing and coating systems protect sensitive areas in multi-storey car park refurbishments.
Ramps, expansion joints, drive-in areas and stairs are exposed to different kinds of load than the actual parking decks. However, when a multi-storey car park is being refurbished, these zones cannot be closed without causing considerable loss of business. This is where Triflex ancillary systems come in: they are fast-curing, yet guarantee lasting protection for sensitive areas of the multi-storey car park.

4. Edge protection
Applications: Waterproofing expansion joints
Top decks and parking decks are often large areas which are subject to severe loads and stresses. Only when the joints too are reliably waterproofed is the parking deck’s waterproofing or surfacing able to provide secure protection for the concrete substrate. Triflex ProJoint, made of fleece-reinforced liquid application (PMMA), is a seamless, joint-spanning waterproofing system which is reinforced with an edge protector insert.
